- Interaction data: how you engage with trainers, peers, or admins within the Services.

- AI‑generated feedback and analytics from roleplays (e.g., tone, pacing, filler words, clarity scores).
- Transcripts, summaries, and coaching insights derived from your audio/video submissions.

- Deliver, maintain, and improve the Services.
